Yoga for the Season 

Japanese Yoga balances Yin & Yang, Strength & Flexibility. This style of yoga follows the principals of Traditional Chinese Medicine working with your Meridians (energy lines) through yoga poses to activate them in order to help benefit relevant parts of the body. Our seasonal yoga classes have a specific focus depending on the time of day, the season and any injuries/ailments you may need to heal.

It is an active and dynamic practice that is mostly floor based with an emphasis on building strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.

Classes are suitable to all levels and will encourage and support you as you lean into the true capabilities of your body and relax your mind creating the ultimate experience of holistic balance and connection with self.

Mums with kids yoga

This class yoga is perfect for Mum’s with little ones that would like to exercise and bring kids along. Enjoy yoga while the kids have fun at a selection of work stations including craft, books, nature play, music and more or they may like to do yoga with you. Our classes are small, welcoming and inclusive a great way for mum to give back to herself while kids are also having fun. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Casual bookings welcome. Please note this is not a child minding class and parents will be responsible for their child during class. Available for Mums / caregivers and children 0-5 years. 

Creative Little Yogi

Creative little Yogi classes are designed to be FUN! As well as creating an experience filled with big belly laughs, we will focus on building important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength and flexibility, self-calming and emotional regulation skills.

The children will improve their strength, balance, attention and coordination through fun yoga games, yoga sequences as well as partner and group poses. They will boost their imagination and creativity through  music, stories, outdoor play and a creative art activity. Children will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others through our weekly themed classes.

Our creative little yogi classes are 45 minutes in duration. Our after school class is suited for primary ages 6-12 years old. Our open class is for children aged 3-12 years.  For younger children we encourage parent participation but primary ages are suitable for drop and go or parents are welcome to picnic out the front enjoying the bush.

Creative Teen Yogi

Our weekly class for teen aged 12-16

Yoga is a fun way to keep fit and flexible in a non-competitive environment, while developing self-awareness and self-confidence. Classes include breathing, postures and movement, mindfulness relaxation, meditation and a group art activity.

Combining yoga and art encourages a cultivation of mindful awareness which can be supportive of our teens lives as they navigate and meet life changes and challenges. It will help them embrace the ups & downs of adolescence, manage stress/anxiety around study and friendships, help improve sleep, promote healthy body image and strengthen self-confidence.

They learn to move from the inside out, exploring their bodies to discover what makes them feel good. No experience required.

Join us for 3 hours of fun. Classes include age appropriate yoga games, creative activities and a light lunch. Creative kids vouchers accepted.
