Creative Mini Yogi
Our weekly class for pre school kids aged 2-5 years
This 45-minute yoga class is for children aged 2-5 years, and the grown-ups who care for them. These super fun and engaging classes are comprised of age-appropriate yoga poses and creative activities that encourage family bonding time, building fine motor skills, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem while engaging in a variety of fun art and craft activities. This class incorporates art and craft, music and fun yoga games.
This beautiful bonding experience is open to all caregivers and their young children, and no experience is required.
Creative Litte Yogi
Our weekly class for primary kids aged 6-12
Creative Yogi classes are designed to be FUN! As well as creating an experience filled with big belly laughs, we will focus on building important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength and flexibility, self-calming and emotional regulation skills.
This 1-hour class is for children 6-12 years old. The children will improve their strength, balance, attention and coordination through fun yoga games, yoga sequences as well as partner and group poses. They will boost their imagination and creativity through a variety of art and craft activities. Through the combination of art and yoga they will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others.
This is a drop and go style class. Parents are welcome to picnic out the front enjoying the bush or get some errands done.
Creative Teen Yogi
Our weekly class for teen aged 12-16
Yoga is a fun way to keep fit and flexible in a non-competitive environment, while developing self-awareness and self-confidence. Classes include breathing, postures and movement, mindfulness relaxation, meditation and a group art activity.
Combining yoga and art encourages a cultivation of mindful awareness which can be supportive of our teens lives as they navigate and meet life changes and challenges. It will help them embrace the ups & downs of adolescence, manage stress/anxiety around study and friendships, help improve sleep, promote healthy body image and strengthen self-confidence.
They learn to move from the inside out, exploring their bodies to discover what makes them feel good. No experience required.

Monthly Themed Classes for Young People aged 12-16
Art therapy is a powerful tool used in exploring emotions and developing a sense of identity.
Some of the most common benefits of adolescents engaging in art therapy include:
- Coping methods for anxiety
- Non-verbal expression of feelings
- Non-judgmental therapeutic process
- More interesting activities than long form talk therapy
- Ability to strengthen bonds with peers and family through group work
Art therapy can play a significant part in helping adolescents who are struggling with identity development by helping them explore personal meaning, relationships, their developing personality, and the formation of their identity as they move away from childhood into adulthood.
We use narrative therapy to tell their story, journaling to provide a written and visual approach to expressing their thoughts and create symbols and metaphors using a variety of art-based techniques to help link the young person with their own sense of personal identity.
